2.2 tablespoons of paprika
3.2 teaspoons of garlic powder
4.½ teaspoons of black pepper
5.2 cups flour
6.2 cups of buttermilk
7.2 tablespoons of salt.
8.2 cups of oil.

Cooking steps:
1. Remove dirt from the chicken of the woods-
Swab any dirt from the chicken of the woods using a brush or towel. If you want to wash the mushrooms, wash them with a little water and do that very carefully as the mushrooms can absorb a lot of water.
2. Cut the mushrooms.
Take the mushrooms and exclude the dense fibrous part at the base of it with a knife. Cut
the soft part of the mushroom into small pieces whatever you like to have.
You can cut it into a cutlet shape or strip shape or the normal shape of a chicken.
3. Dip the pieces in buttermilk
Pour 2 cups of buttermilk into a bowl. Then dip the pieces of the mushrooms in the
buttermilk until they get coated perfectly. Then keep the coated pieces on a baking sheet
or a flat plate.
4. Mix the spices
Take a small bowl, then add 2 tablespoons of paprika, 2 tablespoons of salt,½ teaspoon
of black pepper, and 2 teaspoons of garlic powder gradually. Mix all the spices properly.
5. Sprinkle the spices on the mushrooms.
Now come to the plate of mushrooms.
Then sprinkle the mixed spices on the pieces of mushrooms.

6. Fry the sprinkled mushrooms
Take a frying pan on the stove. Pour enough oil (for deep frying) into the pan. Wait until the oil gets hot. When the oil becomes hot, add the pieces of mushroom. Fry the mushrooms for 3-4 minutes until it gets golden brown color. When one side is fried, flip them over and fry them until they become golden on the other side.
When both sides are fried, take the mushrooms from the pan and wipe the excess oil on the surface of the fried mushrooms with a kitchen tissue. The next step is to decorate mushrooms.
7. Decorate the mushrooms
You can decorate in many ways like using mayonnaise, chili sauce, tomato sauce, etc.I
